Okay, So i've been complaining about not loosing weight and not really seeing a difference and i've just been so frustraited, but, I took some pictures, and then looked at some old ones, and I can see a difference. What do you all think?

This is me about a month ago 


See the pouch? well I started working out about 5 more hours a week .
 Here's me about 2 weeks ago....

My collor bone somewhat sticks out...


My rips stick out more now too.

wow it actually is a really nice change. did you just started exercising more or did you change anything in your eating habits too?

Thank you =)I did start exercising more and alot, and I changed my eating habbits ALOT. I used to eat around 1000 cals a day, now my good days can be 200 and my normal intake is 450-550, and i've recently started trying to drink tons of water.

What's your ab workout regimen? I do about 500 a day... but varied between upper/lower abs and obliques. What's worked the best for you?

Well, my workouts are mostly cardio becuase I have dance and gymnastics. I don't really work out at home, just the tredmile.So, I guess just crunches, leg ups, and do this one thing--------------okay you get in push up position, but then instead of being on your hands get on your elbos but keep your body strait, hold that for one minute every night. Sounds easy but hollllly crap one minute feels like 3 years! Hope i helped

umm ribs are supposed to show on a healthy normal person ask youer doctor about it.

if your ribs dont show thats not normal.

but you should be able to see them.

As a man who admires women with under 5% body fat (marathon runners), I must comment. You obviously are considerably above the 5% mark and need to focus intensely on cardio training and eating protein. The flab will melt away and muscle will grow. Your weight will increase, but the muscle will create the definition that you need. My girlfriend is 5% body fat, 5'5", and 116lbs and no offense here, but if you two stood next to each other, she'd make you look obese eventhough she weighs 10 lbs. more. Starving ain't the answer.

last time my ribs showed, i was 9 years old and looked like a emaciated twig,
and now i am slightly underweight, and they still dont show.

dont listen to that jerk hun.

she's just looking for attention.
*either a: she has an unhealthily high metabolic rate,
or b: she isnt as thin as she says she is.


so either way, be proud of your accomplishments.
more people commented on how great you look, than bad by at least 5 fold.

actually, and i mean no offense here, except to the bitch thats trying to make everyone feel bad, but ribs are supposed to show on a normal person WHILE THEY ARE LYING DOWN. they should NOT show on a healthy weight person while standing up. it would be amazingly hard to find someone healthy with their ribs sticking out while theyre just roaming around the streets.

and hon, you look great. your progress is really good.
